Hansa eco dishwasher blinks

Hansa eco dishwasher blinks

Modern Hansa dishwashers are equipped with full-fledged monitoring and self-diagnostic systems, capable of checking all important details of appliance operation in real time. On models with a display, the error code is displayed in alphanumeric form on the dashboard.

Earlier models of Hansa washing machines did not have displays, so the error code had to be reported by blinking of LEDs. In this case the list of errors, which the user of the machine will be informed about during the operation mode, was very limited: for example, the Hansa ZIM 415H model will often flash the indicator of the short-cleaning program during a slow draw, and in case of overflowing the water will be washed more slowly. Eco indicator, and that’s all.

Although most of the currently produced models show the error code on the display, many of them still supplement the error display with indicators. Wash program indicators are used for this, usually the quick wash and Eco programs.

Unfortunately, the Hansa dishwasher models have the widest range of error codes and indicators, used for signaling the errors, and we are talking not only about discontinued models, but also the ones, still in production. In this article we will do the following: first we will give a detailed description of errors from the widest list of errors (with error display) and then we will briefly list the models that have other sets of error codes and ways of their indication.

Keep in mind, that on many models, especially without display, not all errors will be displayed in the normal mode of dishwashers: usually these are the faults, which the owners of the device will be able to handle on their own (no water intake. check if the faucet is open, clean the filters and hoses, overflow. check if the drain filter is not clogged). All other codes can be seen only in test mode triggered by a certain key combination.
