Wrap a copper tube (rubber hose) on the protective grate installed on the fan. You need to leave gaps between the coils of the tube for air flows (take care not to have strong kinks). You should end up with something that looks like a radiator.

Connect one end of the copper tube or hose to the faucet and the other end to the sink or bathtub.
