On motors with an injector sensor is disabled by removing the connector from it, the motor starts and if the fan worked (ECU “will understand” that the system malfunction and the fan will turn on in the emergency mode), the sensor is faulty and you need to replace it.
The valve keeps the system pressurized above atmospheric pressure, preventing the water in the service fluid from boiling when it reaches 100 degrees. If the valve is defective, the pressure is equalized with the atmospheric pressure and the liquid will boil already at 100 degrees.
The sensor itself is triggered at a temperature of 105-107 degrees Celsius. The fluid is boiling but the fan has not yet actuated. Cap with valve needs to be replaced.
A few tips
Periodically monitor the coolant temperature and check the fan when it enters the danger zone on the gauge;
Check liquid level in tank and replenish if necessary;
Check the system for possible fluid leakage;
If it exceeds the operating temperature, stop, find and fix the cause;
Seasonally, make it a habit to flush the expansion tank cap under water pressure, which will help keep the relief valve clean;
On motors where the fan is forced, periodically check the tension of the fan drive belt.

Yesterday I came home, the temperature of the engine dashboard shows 80, but the fan is spinning. What is the working temperature of the engine on Granta, is it really 80 degrees??
I had something similar in my VAZ-2115. There, the fan was on while driving, and did not turn off. But I had an on-board computer Stat, and there was an item to reset the ECU. After pressing this button, the rpm would jerk, then level off, and the cooling fan would turn off.
